The place was nice and was clean. Easy to get inside with no problems. Only issue we had was our key card sometimes didn’t want to work to get into the pool gate but the office fixed that for us and people above us were very loud starting around 9- sometimes 1-2am but once I mentioned it to David he was able to contact the office and it stopped after 2 days of it. Other than that we had no problems!

David's place was very clean and exactly as described. Easy check-in, nice area, close to restaurants. The only things not listed was the pool times and where to out garage when checking out. overall, great stay. If I had to give any bad reviews it would be not enough towels and maybe update the cookware. Thank you for sharing your home with us David. We enjoyed our stay and definitely would stay again.

Everything about our stay was lovely! Even though we arrived a little later than expected, the check-in time of 3 PM and check-out at 11 AM was truly appreciated — you don’t always find that flexibility at most places. The home was spotless, very easy to locate, and situated in a quiet neighborhood, which made the stay even more relaxing. The host was great — responsive and welcoming throughout our visit. We would definitely stay here again!

Loved David’s place. Accurate description and pictures. New construction. Very convenient location for beaches, fishing, Melbourne and Palm Harbor. Love that the two bedrooms on opposite sides of condo, awesome kitchen and great room. Clubhouse and pool are top notch for fun and relaxing. Definitely recommend

David was a great host. He was friendly, helpful and responsive. His home was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The rental was a great price and we really enjoyed our stay.

We came on a family trip to attend Nationals at Space Coast! Great driving distance from the complex. David was very helpful from the beginning with all his directions and instructions. Any questions that we had throughout our stay, he answered! The amenities at the house are nice, as a family we enjoyed playing pool as well as the other games at the community center. Although parking is first come first serve we never had any issues with finding a spot. There are plenty of options for places to eat and shop right near by, so we were able to get groceries for the house as well as enjoy dinner at a few places. We will definitely be coming back for a visit if we attend another softball tournament at Space Coast!

The apartment was brand new or it felt like it. The rooms and space is large and extremely clean. ameninities were as described and the gym and clubhouse had a fun entertainment area. Our family enjoyed our beach day and the comfort of a clean place to stay along with a quiet setting. Thanks David!
