No assigned spots — feel free to park anywhere nearby. 🔑 Key Fob & Amenity Access A key fob is provided for secure access to the gym, pool, clubhouse, and game room. The fob will be placed in a holder near the door for your convenience. Must be returned before checkout. Lost or unreturned fob = $100 replacement fee. ⏰ Check-In / Check-Out Check-in: After 3:00 PM Check-out: By 11:00 AM Late checkout available until 1:00 PM for $50 extra Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $50 each, pending approval. Please message in advance to confirm availability. 🛏️ Air Mattress — By Request Only Queen-sized air mattress available only if requested before booking. We’ll confirm availability and have it ready for your stay. 🐾 Pet Policy — Furry Friends Welcome Up to 3 pets maximum allowed per stay. $50 pet fee per pet (flat rate, covers entire stay).
